"i used to camp w/ the north face talus which was ok, but too small. now my girl and i sleep in the mini bus and its great. plenty of room and easy to set up. the rain fly is a little difficult at first to get on, but soon you realize how to match it up w/ the tent. i use a regular brown tarp under the tent as the foot print is too thin and expensive. the mini bus is a good addition to my car camping and back packing gear."

"Bought this tent RIGHT before a backcountry Colorade trip, sight unseen. It was on the heavy side for carrying, but easy to set up and oh-so-comfortable. On two separate nights we set up just before being slammed with thunderstorms. We cooked under one of the vestibules and had cocktail hour sitting completely upright in our cozy space. The windows are great and having a roomy vestibule on each side made storage, even through storms, a non-issue."

"Used this tent for only a full week now, for a rock trip to Red Rocks Nevada. My first impressions where about the setup: it’s fast and easy to do. I also noticed all the details TNF has put into the Minibus. The entrance is made to avoid sand and gravel to enter the tent, the zippers are “glow in the dark”, poles are easy to clip, you can access stuff in pockets without having to open the tent, etc. We also suffered very strong wind gusts (60mph) during some nights and the tent didn’t seem to suffer at all. Finally, the tent is very roomy so you won’t kill your partner if you need to spend some time in there waiting for a storm to pass. All in all, a wonderful light tent."
