"These are my favorite pants and I've tried a lot. I've worn these from the summits of 14,000 feet mountains, hiking several days, mowing the yard with grass stains all over them, then to church on Sunday. They have resisted some stains that I thought would be permanent. They look great and are very functional in cold and hot/humid weather.
I agree with at least two more belt loops. I would also add the cinch cord in the cuffs instead of the button up pant roll, (Like the Paramount Explorer.) and another pocket on the other leg. Then I would have the most perfect pair of pants.
I have had mine for over 2 years and they have had HARD use with nearly everyday wear. A pocket has torn open on the back and that has been it. They still look and function great. (I have applied a DWR type spray to them once.)"

"I bought these for a long weekend out in the elements. They performed flawlessly in many different conditions. They dried quickly after soaking rains and dips through rivers. Kept the sun off without getting too hot. The rollup pant legs worked out well around base camp. Recommended."

Great Travel Pants

"I've had my fair share of travel pants and many of them are from TNF, but these are my favorite! The cut of the pants give enough room in the seat down to the ankles and the roll-up legs are perfect for those hot & humid days! I hope they will make these in a navy color."

"Great pants -- this purchase was my second pair so I could have two pairs for traveling. I would give these 5 stars except for the belt loops -- there aren't enough of them!...and at times the belt slips up as the pants slip down. These pants only have 5 belt loops. My "Adventure Pants" from a North Face competitor have 8 belt loops. North Face - this is an easy fix to an otherwise great pair of pants."
